Parent Fellowship
The Parent Advocacy Leadership (PAL) Fellowship is designed to develop parent advocates and leaders within the Fort Worth charter school community.
Understand how education works locally and at the state level
Learn the roles and responsibilities of elected officials in education
Become effective advocates for your children and communities
By the end of the 5-week program, participants will be equipped to lead and empower other parents, ultimately hosting a community event to share their experiences and advocate for meaningful change.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Must be a parent of a student at a public charter school in Fort Worth.
Must be committed to leading and organizing other parents on your campus.
